How to prep Bake Rice balls/Arancini Recipe Made with Smoked Beetroot


These Arancini Rice Balls are golden and crispy on the outside and creamy and cheesy on the inside! They are made with traditional risotto, are breaded, and then deep-fried to golden perfection.

You can Make 10 balls in this recipe, and you'll just need:
 
*150g. Rice Carnoli (Any)
*90 g beetroot
*1 small zucchini
*1 large eggs
*1 onion
*1/2 broth cubes, / broth cubes
*2 tbsp. Olive oil
*breadcrumbs
*1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
*SALT to taste.
*cheese (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1.  Cook the rice w/ broth cubes, Set aside for 1 hr. (cooled) you can use left over rice.

STEP 2. Wash and cut Beetroot, zucchini, onion, into a small cubes. You can buy ready cooked smoked beetroot, so maybe have diff. Taste from fresh, you can substitute carrots if you like. 

STEP 3. Prepare the non stick-Pan, heat the oil over medium high-heat, add the sliced Onions wait until comes lightly brown. Then stir-fry the finely chopped beetroot and Zucchini, ground ginger, salt to taste, COOK FOR 2 Main.

STEP 4. Turn OFF and Add the beaten egg, Mix Well set aside for 20 min. to cool
NOW prepare your Cooled Rice, Add 1 tbsp of oil, combine well.

In forming the balls, just dampen your hands with water or oil to start making balls from the rice, add vegetable fillings and cheese before closing it. Repeat the process until finished.

STEP 5. Roll the balls in Breadcrumbs until completely coated and Baked 180 °C for 35 min.(lightly brown)


For the Dipping Sauce:
*10g. Beetroot
*1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
*1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
*1 tbsp. WHITE SUGAR
*1 CUP water.

INSTRUCTIONS 🔥

*Blend all ingredients until beetroot minced well, smooth mixture, bring to slow-heat and stir continuously (Should be loose mixture and a bit of sweet taste).

* Cooked for 5 min.
*Turn off heat and serve with your Rice balls.
