STEAMED Cassava Cake Recipe

Cassavacake without cocomilk is the best Recipe you could have too. Good thing for those who doesn't like Coconut milk and for those who doesn't oven at home. NOW this recipe I made through Steaming.

Ingridients You'll need:

500g. Grated and dried cassava
150g. White sugar
250ml  milk
150g condensed milk
2 large eggs
20ml oil/ butter
2 tbsp. Brown sugar for toppings.

PROCEDURE:

* When you're using fresh Cassava, You need to peel them first and Grate it. After Remove atleast 90% of water by using Cloth or linen. YOU can try to press it also in Strainer to remove the water.

*In a Large bowl, Mix All ingredients except the brown sugar. Grated cassava, butter, eggs, milk, sugar, condensed.
(The batter should be a little bit Runny/loosen)

* Then Pour the batter in your Prepared Baking Pan to Steam. (Put Parchment paper so it's easy to remove them) should cover on top to avoid water drippings. (aluminum foil, or any cloth).

*Steamed for About 45 min. 
COOKED when you can see dry on top.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top 2 min before you will remove from heat.

Set aside to cooled before to sliced them!
