Eggplant Parmessan / Melanzane al forno

 Whenever I had a round shape quality of Melanzane I always made this Recipe. I prefer  to fry them  first than directly put in oven.  It Tastes so Good.

Here's all what you'll need:

* 1  melanzane Rotonde
*125 g mozarella and lots of Parmeggiano regiano
*Cup of Passata di Pomodori
*cipolla
*Sale e olio
*timo e maggiorana

PROCEDURE:

Wash and cut melanzane in round shape  6mm thick more or less. Sprinkle Salt and fry them until it  turns Golden Brown. Over Medium- high heat( just fry in a little bit of oil😉).

Arrange in the baking pan layered w/ cheeses, cepolla, passata di Pomodori, and herbs.( just imagine you make lasagne)

BAKE 25 MIN. @PREAheated oven 200°c
