Salsiccia e fagioli Recipe
This talian sausage and beans Recipe is traditional dish favorate served with our family. It's very easy to prepare, cook and simmer with these three main ingredients beans, Sausages, and tomato sauce.

You'll need: ( 3 to 4 servings)
450 g salsiccia
200 G Fresh Fagioli or Borlotti beans
230 g Tomato sauce.
Chopped onions and Garlic
Salvia
Salt.
Cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
*Heat skillet and oil over medium high fire with chopped onions and Garlic. THEN add Sausages and Leave to brown 2-3 min. Stir occasionally.
* add the remaining ingredients, Fagioli, Salvia, salt. Stir. Then Pour tomato sauce, Cover and simmer for 25 min or until sauce thicken.
NOTE: (i used fresh beans, and better soak with water overnight. Can use also pre-cooked beans/Can)
