Spazzitino / Beef Stew Recipe


 Beef Stew or Spazzitino in Italian Menu, one of my favorite beef recipe. it's very easy to prepare and tastes Good. I usually used organic  Angus beef or vitello  in this recipe so  don't need to put some spices. If you think you're going to use a Good quality of  meat too, then you can do the same as is.


You'll need only: 

Ingridients 🔥
(for 3 persons)
*600 gr. Beef meat (Spazzitino)
*1 small carrots
*1 onion
*Celery/sedano
*1 tsp. Cornstarch/ amido di mais
*3 foglie salvia/Sambong
*Salt to taste.


PROCEDURE:

WASH and Clean your Carrots, onion, and Celery. Then in the food processor Mince well. Heat skillet and oil over medium high heat. ADD minced  ingredients, stir occasionally until turns lightly brown. At this time you can add the Meat cutted in bite size. THEN add salt and Salvia, Cover for few minutes to keep browning. Pour 1 cup of hot water and simmer into a medium-high heat for about 40 mins or until the meat is tender. ADD Cornstarch mix with water half way through cooking. Remove from heat when the texture of sauce thicken. Serve immediately!
