Easy Pasta Sfoglia con marmellata || Puff Pastry with Jam

Try this easy puff pastry recipe, pretty sure you'll love this. 😊 Wherever you are in Europe I'm sure you can find Good quality of ready made pasta sfoglia in the Market. GOOD thing if you know how to make them from scratch. I tried also to make my own homemade, it's just time consuming and the result is just same as is.

Here's what You'll need:

1 Rotolo Pasta sfoglia
1 cup of Jam (Albeccocca, Prugne)
Zucchero al velo
Gocce di Lemone or vanilla

Tools:
Baking cups
Steel heart shape mould
Parchment paper (optional)

Method:
1. Preheated oven 160°c

2. Cut pasta sfoglia in a Heart shape using steel mould. The rest, try to cut strips (don't bother if too small or thinking to throw it away, try to save everything left of pasta sfoglia. )

3. Put parchment paper in the bottom of cups or brush with oil. Then arrange the heartshape puff pastry.

4. Mix Jam and vanilla or lemon extract and Pour 2 Tbsp of Jam in the cups.  MAKE round the remaining strips of pasta sfoglia and try to put on top " form Like rose shape".

5. Bake in PReheated oven for about 40 min.
Or until golden brown in color

6. Served warmed!
