GIARDINIERA con Tonno Recetta

It's so good having this sometime even in winter season. I always made this one everytime I have many  available vegetables that almost get OLD. It helps a lot to preserved atleast.

Here's all you need:

*1 can of Polpa di Pomodori (350g),
*200g    Tonno sott'olio, Canned Tuna
*1/2 cup white wine,
*1/4 cup vinegar, Bay leaves,
*1 cavolfiore/ Cauliflower
*1 carrots
*1 bell pepper yellow
*5 stalks of celery/Sedano
*Onion/cipolline
*1 small fennel/Finocchi or you can put Beans
*1/4 cup Olive oil
*Salt to taste

METHOD:
1. CLEAN ALL your vegetables and cut into a small dice.

2. JUST sauté Tomato Sauce with Onions in a large Pan  add salt, wine, vinegar, ( Pan/Pot Enough for vegetables)Simmer atleast  5 min.

3. THEN Pour  all your Diced Vegetables in the sauce,  let Cook for 7 to 10 min over medium HIGH-HEAT.

4. TURN off 🔥 Mix well with olive oil and Tonno. SERVE Days later it tastes Good. Or
Puor In sterilized Jars and  Can Preserve 3 months or more in Frigorifero😉
