Taho Recipe From SCRATCH

 We're not a big  Fan of Soy milk/silken tufo so I Modified the version. 😊 If you like the taste of pure Soymilk and don't have problem to consume it. I recommend use soymilk or silken tofu. Hoping it's available in your kitchen.

Here's what You'll need:
*400 ml. Soymilk
*200 ml whole milk/freshmilk
*6 g gelatin

*100 g Tapioca Pearls.

For Arnibal:
*1/4 cup Muscuvado
*1/4 cup White sugar
*3/4 cup water
*Vanilla extract.

Procedure:
1. Bring to a boil your 600 ml milk over a medium high heat for atleast 5 min. Stirring constantly, in the last minute of your cooking Add Gelatin and mix well. (REFRIGERATE 2 hrs.)

2. IN a Pot with boiling water, Pour Tapioca Pearls make sure to keep boiling and covered. (cooking time more or less 45 min. Depend on sizes, Use small tapioca if available)

3. FOR Arnibal, combine all ingredients, stir and bring to a boil over low heat for 10 min. Or until turns  a syrup texture.

4: Prepare Yung Transparent cups/Glass.
(When your milk is ready "Smooth texture like" scoop enough for tablespoon w/ very thin shape . (I used 5 Tbsp Milk, 2 Tbsp Tapioca, 2 1/2 Tbsp Arnibal for every cups I used.)

Serve Immediately warm!


(Note:
*Each Ingridients should put in separate bowls.
*Only milk is cold or can put in chilled before using them.
*Do not chilled those already in the cups otherwise the texture of Tapioca Pearls change and the taste.
