Authentic Tiramisù


Tiramisù is the most famous Italian dessert, the only coffee dessert with great success.

Here's how I made it.
You'll need:

*15 pcs Saviordi
* 4 yolks
* Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
 *Sugar 80g
 *4 Egg whites
 *350g Mascarpone
*Cocoa powder to Sprinkle

FOR COFFEE DIP:
1 tsp. Coffe dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water

 Procedure for Tiramisù cream


1. In a Bowl SEPARATE egg whites and yolks. THEN beat egg whites until frothy, gradually add sugar continue beating at medium speed until will reach at stiff peaks.

2. In another  large mixing bowl using again the handheld mixer beat egg yolks amtogether with the vanilla extract on high speed (sec.)

3. Combine  the mascarpone cheese Mix on low speed until smooth and creamy, for about 2-3 minutes, Then Keep it refrigerated.

TO Assemble:

Start with the first layer of SAVOIARDI.
Dip and soak the ladyfingers in espresso or strong coffee, and arrange them in the bottom.
Layer with tiramisù cream and keep layering until you have finished the cream and the ladyfingers.

Sprinkle on top with bitter cocoa powder

Refrigerate 1h before serving.
