Buchi with Monggo filling
Buchi or Sesame balls is made with glutinous rice flour.It is Crisp outer part but soft and chewy inside. Serve as snacks/Meryenda.
You'll need:
Dough⬇️
130 g / 2 pcs medium size potatoes
Glutinous flour 280g
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 cup mung beans
1/2 cup condensed milk
Cooking oil for deep frying
1/2 cup Sesame seeds

Procedures: ⬇️
* In a mixing bowl mix glutinous Flour and White sugar. then Gradually add Water and Mashed POTATOES MIX until well combined.
For the filling:
Cook Mung beans first then strain to remove water. ADD Condensed milk and let boil 5 to 10 min. Set aside to cool then Blend. Para sa walang blender just boil Monggo longer time hanggang sa Ma absorb Yung liquid.
Making balls:
Scope 1 Tablespoon full of dough. Flatten on your palm then add filling. (do not use force or over knead everytime you close / roll them otherwise dough will become very soft and broken.) Coat w / Sesame seeds and fry!
