BANANA LOAF Cake/Bread Recipe

 

Here's how I made my Version of Banana loaf bread.  I always used over Ripe Banana in order to achieved it perfectly delicious. 

You'll need:

350 g  Over Ripe Banana (Mashed) Mas masarap kapag over Ripe SAGing. 

 1 cup All purpose flour

1/2 tsp. Baking soda

1/2 tsp. Baking powder

2 eggs

1/2 c vegetable  oil

3/4 c sugar

Vanilla


Procedure:

* In a Separate bowl. Just mix All wet ingredients (whisk eggs) ,  Sift and mix all dry ingredients.

*Combine Both Dry and Wet mixture. THEN pour Mashed Banana in the MIXTURE until well mixed. ( rest  5 to 10 min.) 

* Grease oil or put Parchment paper on the baking Pan. POUR the batter then Bake at Preheated oven 180c for about 40 min.
