Delicious steamed Bun/Siopao Asado Recipe

Now I'm gonna share you this second options to make your Steamed bun whiter. I used Fresh yeast ( yeast in cubes) its very effective. I love the outcome compared Using Dry Instant yeast. Just explore any brand/ kind of yeast available nearest to your market. 😉
Here's everything you'll need:
Ingredients:
Dough:
*500g bread flour or APF (i used bread flour)
*1 cube fresh yeast
*3 Tbsp oil
*3/4 c fresh milk
*1/4 white sugar
*1 tsp. Salt
Filling:
*400 g chicken thigh
*1 small mince carrots and onions
*Minced of celery
*2 tsp oil
*2 tbsp, soy sauce, Balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, (substitute oyster sauce)
SALT AND 1 tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Cornstarch deluted in 1/4 cup water.
Procedure:
#For the dough
1. IN A mixing Bowl, Sift and Mix all dry Ingredients.
2. In a small pot ACTIVATE yeast using Warm milk (30sec in mediem fire) with 2 tbsp white sugar. STIR yeast mixture and let rest 2 min. Until bubbling.
3. Then Combine yeast mixture and dry ingredients and Knead for about 5 to 7 min. REST DOUGH 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Double in sizes. Deflate, Then
Roll log shape and cut into small pieces then flatten the dough using rolling pin.
For the filliNg:
In a large skillet o Pot, Sauté meat with onions. SEASON them with all ingredients listed on top. Simmer until tender, in the last minute of Cooking, Pour the deluted Cornstarch. Stirring Continually. Then Turn off heat. Not necessarily to let cooled completely.
Now you can keep the filling to put in the flatten dough. Just pinch both edges to seal Steamed bun well.
4. Steamed 15 min. At medium high fire. YOU can preserve in the freezer for a couple of months after steaming, just derictly put in Microve or steam again whenever you want to keep it out frozen..
