Pineapple upside down Cake Recipe




You'll need:

2 1/2 c Cake flour

4 small eggs

1 c white sugar

3/4 c milk

1/2 c veg oil /butter

1 tbsp baking powder (16g)

Vanilla


1 tsp. Cinnamon (optional)

1 tbsp butter softened

1 tbsp Brown, muscovado sugar

1 can pineapple

Cherries.


Instruction:


 

:Separate egg whites and yolk. 

:Mix All wet ingredients (yolk, milk vanilla, and oil,) then combine flour and baking powder. REST the mixture. 

:Meanwhile beat egg whites until foamy/frothy. THEN, Combine to the Yolk mixture. (cut and fold method!) 

: Arrange Pineapple at the bottom of baking pan at lagyan ng Cherries sa Gitna.  Glaze in between sa Pinya  with mixed ( butter, cinnamon, and Brown sugar). Pagkatapos pwede na ilagay Yung cake mixtureé and bake at preheated oven 180 c for about 45min..

:let cool, and invert pan to remove it
