Homemade Kwek kwek full recipe

"Kwek kwek" is one of my Favorite  Popular  street food in the Philippines.  IT is boiled Eggs coated  with thick batter of flour and much spices. Ways to cook is good only for deep frying recipe and can be serve as Snack or "Appetizer". You can serve with any Mixed Salad you've prefer, I prefer mine simple as long as i don't missed Vinegar and fresh onions in it.  Here's what you'll need: *6 to 10 pcs Boiled Eggs *1 cup flour *100 ml water *Tsp. Instant Yeast or baking powder ( i used yeast) *Pinch Curcuma, (Yellow ginger) and Salt *1/2 tsp. Paprika / pepper *Origano (optional)  INSTRUCTIONS : 1. In a mixing bowl, combine first the Flour and Yeast. then all spices follows..  2.Gradually add water and mix until the mixture comes out a runny Texture.  3. PERfect crust Pizza||How to make Pizza

  Ingredients: (good for 3 persons) X crust: 1 c All purpose Flour 1/2 c bread flour 3 tbs veg oil 1tsp. Instant dry yeast 100 ml Warm water 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp. Salt Toppings: 1/4 c Pineapple tidbits 3 Tbsp tomato sauce Bacon/sausage Cheeses (mozarella)  Procedure: 1: Mix dry ingredients (yeast, flour, sugar) then add liquid ing: (water, Oil)  Mix until well combined (5 min).  LIGHTLY KNEAD. THEN, Rest  dough FOR about  1 hr. Until doubled in volume.  2:  knock air Out, just work with your Hands to  Flatten well and form a round. (dont need Rollong pin.)  (Note: add oil if the dough is lil bit sitcky, Avoid adding flour.)  3: grease oil in the pizza pan and add Your desired filling: avoid Too much sauce or overload toppings.  4. Pineapple upside down Cake Recipe

You'll need: 2 1/2 c Cake flour 4 small eggs 1 c white sugar 3/4 c milk 1/2 c veg oil /butter 1 tbsp baking powder (16g) Vanilla 1 tsp. Cinnamon (optional) 1 tbsp butter softened 1 tbsp Brown, muscovado sugar 1 can pineapple Cherries. Instruction:   :Separate egg whites and yolk.  :Mix All wet ingredients (yolk, milk vanilla, and oil,) then combine flour and baking powder. REST the mixture.  :Meanwhile beat egg whites until foamy/frothy. THEN, Combine to the Yolk mixture. (cut and fold method!)  : Arrange Pineapple at the bottom of baking pan at lagyan ng Cherries sa Gitna.  Glaze in between sa Pinya  with mixed ( butter, cinnamon, and Brown sugar). Pagkatapos pwede na ilagay Yung cake mixtureé and bake at preheated oven 180 c for about 45min.. :let cool, and invert pan to remove it Enjoy!

#BukoPie ❤️ HI everyone! THANKS for Have interest in My recipe. Hoping you'll enjoy this easy yet so  delicious "Buko Pie" I  made.   2 1/2 c All purpose flour 1/2 c warm milk 1/2 tsp. Instant yeast 1/2 c butter or Lard 1/2 c sugar Filling:  1 1/2 Buko (juice included)  1/4 c Potato starch Vanilla extract or lemon zest 1/4 c sugar or Condensed milk Eggwash (yolk+Tbsp milk)   step by step  vid recipe⬇️⬇️ Procedure: Crust: 1. Activate yeast using warm milk + 2 tsp sugar  set aside 2 min until bubbling or you can mix instant dry yeast too derictly in the dry ingredients.  BOTH process work the same.  2. IN a mixing Bowl, Mix all dry Ingredients, gradually add yeast mixture mix until well combined.. THEN add melted butter or Lard. MIX, roll and Knead until smooth texture. Rest 1 1/2 hr to 2 hrs.  3. CRISP Crunchy Lingua di Gatto/Cat tongue Recipe

looking for Egg whites Recipes? Why not Try this easy Crisp Crunchy lingua di gatto  or its known as "Cat Tongue" similar with. BUTTER cookies.  You can serve this  anytime you want, it's all time fave!  I love to pair this  with a cup of tea or Espresso😊 You'll need:  6 tbsp softened butter 4 tbsp. Powder sugar + 1 tbsp white sugar Tsp. Vanilla 3 medium egg whites 3/4 cup flour 00 or AFP   Instruction: *In a large bowl, Beat softened butter, vanilla extract and sugar until reach in Creamy texture,  combine Flour well  and  add eggs  gradually while constantly beating at a slowly  speed.   Dolce this week?...try this easy yet delicious   #strudel  recipe I made often at home.  ❤️ You'll need: ( 5 servings)  *1 Rectangular Store bought  Pasta sfoglia * 1  Apple (thinly sliced) * 1/2 c dried grapes *1/4 c pine nuts * 1 lemon *2 tbsp sugar *3 Tbsp butter *1/4 c breadcrumbs *confectioner Sugar to sprinkle on top (optional) 👩‍🍳First step! *JUST combine Butter and breadcrumbs in a small Pot. Bring to a low heat and stir constantly until butter melted and breadcrumbs turns out lightly brown. (2 min.) * Soak the dried grapes in the water until soft (10 min.) * Soak thinly sliced apples with sugar and lemon juice for 5 min. To assemble: Fill puff pastry/ Pasta sfoglia  first with  cooked breadcrumbs evenly. Then layered with dried grapes and apples. After you filled with filling.
